Combine bread crumbs, milk, soy sauce, garlic salt and onion powder in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients mix well. Shape into small balls (about 60) place on 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 -inch baking pan. Bake at 350° for 18 to 20 minutes, or until well browned. Serve warm in chafing dish over hot water with wooden picks.
