Tasty Baked Chicken

1 broiler-fryer chicken 3-pound, cut up
1/2 cup apricot preserves
1/2 cup Catalina salad dressing
1/2 (1 1/4-ounce) package onion soup mix dried golden


Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Rinse the chicken and pat dry with paper towels. Place the chicken with the skin-side up in pan. Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Spoon over the chicken. Bake uncovered for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until chicken is tender.

Clock should read 4:30 or say: Make 1 1/2 hours before serving.
