Sautéed Peppers and Zucchini


Serves: 4

Ingredients

2 red bell peppers medium, seeded and cut in 1/2 -inch strips
2 zucchini medium, cut in 1/2 -inch strips
1 clove garlic minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons parsley minced fresh

Directions:

In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté peppers, zucchini, and garlic in hot olive oil until zucchini is golden. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover and simmer 4 to 5 minutes until crisp-tender. Sprinkle with parsley.


Serve with grilled hamburgers, Deluxe Turkey Burgers or steak.
