Salsa Dip

Ingredients

3 tomatoes large or 4 medium
1 (4 1/4-ounce) can olives chopped
1 (4-ounce) can green chili diced undrained
2 tablespoons green onions chopped
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Tortilla or corn chips

Directions:

Peel, seed, chop and drain tomatoes. In a medium bowl, mix tomatoes, olives, green chilies, green onions, red wine vinegar, oil, salt and garlic powder. Cover and chill at least 1 hour.

To serve, drain well and place in a bowl. Serve with chips.

Note: Drained liquid can be used as a light salad dressing.
