Fresh Fruit Dip

Ingredients

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese softened
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup instant tea powder
1 teaspoon orange rind grated
2 to 4 tablespoons orange juice concentrate
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Sliced pears, apples or other fresh fruits

Directions:

In a small mixer bowl at medium speed, beat cream cheese, sugar, tea powder, orange rind, 2 tablespoons of the orange juice and vanilla until light and fluffy. Serve or cover and chill up to 24 hours.

To serve, thin dip with additional orange juice to desired consistency for dipping fruits. Place dip in a small bowl and surround with fruit. Serve at room temperature, and if desired, with wooden picks.
