1 3-ounce package raspberry jello
1 1/2 cups water boiling
1 10-ounce package raspberries thawed
1 pint vanilla ice cream softened
Empty the gelatin into a large mixing bowl. Pour in the boiling water and stir until the gelatin is dissolved. Add the raspberries and ice cream. Stir until the ice cream is melted and all the ingredients are well mixed. Pour equal amounts into 6 dessert dishes. Put in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set.
(Prepare early in the morning or the day before.)
