1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 1/2 cups whipped cream
4 teaspoons instant coffee
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Frozen whipped topping, thawed
Mix powdered sugar and cocoa powder in a small mixer bowl. Stir in cream, coffee powder, and vanilla. Put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Beat cold chocolate-cream mixture with an electric mixer at medium speed until stiff. Spoon into 4 dessert dishes. Put in the refrigerator until serving time. Serve with whipped topping.
