Romaine-Apple Tossed Salad

Ingredients

6 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Dijon style mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 Romaine lettuce large, torn in pieces
3 apples large Red Delicious cored and cut in bite-size pieces
2 cups celery sliced

Directions:

In a small bowl, mix oil, vinegar, mustard, salt, sugar and pepper.

In a salad bowl, mix romaine, apples and celery, Add dressing and toss. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours or up to 8 hours.

To serve, toss lightly.
