Refrigerator Rolls

Ingredients

1 package yeast active dry
1/4 cup water lukewarm (110°)
3 eggs
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup water warm
4 1/2 cups flour all-purpose, sifted

Directions:

Dissolve yeast in the 1/4 cup lukewarm water. Beat eggs together, add melted butter or margarine, sugar, salt, yeast and the 1 cup water and flour. Mix and beat well. Mix the night before and let rise until doubled in bulk. Punch down. The dough will be sticky. Cover and put in refrigerator until ready to put in pans the next day.

Remove from refrigerator shape into balls. Put in greased pans and let rise approximately 3 hours or until double in bulk. Bake at 375° about 10 minutes.

Note: These may be baked in the morning and reheated in foil in a 375° oven until warm.
