Punch Cooler

Ingredients

1/2 cup water boiling
3 unflavored tea bags
2 (12-ounce) cans fruit nectar such as mango, papaya, apricot or peach
1/2 cup orange juice concentrate
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 cup club soda chilled
1 pint pineapple sherbet (optional)

Directions:

In a teapot or small heatproof bowl, pour boiling water over tea bags cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Remove tea bags and discard.

Pour tea into a pitcher. Add nectar, orange juice, lime and lemon juices and stir until blended. Cover and chill at least 1 hour.

To serve, stir in club soda and, if desired, add sherbet.
