Place whole trout in shallow baking pan. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over trout. Bake at 250° for 1/2 hour turn fish and continue baking another 30 minutes. Chill thoroughly.
To serve: Place whole chilled trout on platter and serve on bacon crackers top with Dill Dip (below).
Dill Dip: Combine 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons lemon juice and 1 teaspoon dill weed.
