Granola Bars

3 eggs lightly beaten
3 cups granola cereal
1 cup carrot grated raw


Heat oven to 350°. Grease an 8-inch square pan. Combine all ingredients pat evenly into prepared pan. Bake 15 minutes. Cool slightly before cutting. Store in refrigerator.

Note: You can serve these spread with peanut butter for a quick breakfast.
