Fruit Yogurt Salad


Serves: 4

Ingredients

1 cup cranberry juice or juice of your choice
1 (3-ounce) package cherry jello or flavor of your choice
1 cup plain yogurt
1 cup fresh,* canned, or frozen fruit, drained

Directions:

In small saucepan bring juice to boil pour over gelatin and stir until dissolved. Blend in yogurt chill until syrupy. Stir in fruit and pour into a 3-cup mold. Chill until set.

* Do not use fresh pineapple.
