Fruit Medley With Poppy Seed Dressing

1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh
1 tablespoon poppy seed


* If possible, use fresh fruits, or a combination of frozen, fresh and canned. Bananas, oranges, pineapple and avocado are almost always available, as well as apples both red and golden-green. Make a colorful arrangement, leaving some pieces larger than others. If desired, a small scoop of cottage cheese would be a nice addition. Over this put the following dressing: Poppy Seed Dressing: Mix together well and pour over fruit just before serving.
