Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks from whites and place in a medium bowl cover whites and chill.
Sieve yolks. Add mayonnaise, mustard, onion, capers, dill weed, lemon rind and pepper stir until well blended. Stir in crab meat cover and chill at least 2 hours.
Just before serving, stir crab mixture and fill egg white halves. Garnish with pimiento and parsley.
*If using fresh, use three times the amount of dried herb or to taste. Fresh herbs should be chopped or minced.
