Easy Oven Omelet

Ingredients

1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
1 (8-ounce) package imitation crab meat frozen, thawed and chopped
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon chives freeze-dried
8 eggs
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Blender Hollandaise Sauce

Directions:

About 45 minutes before serving: Preheat oven to 350°.

Coa t bottom and sides of a 10-inch deep-dish pie plate with butter. Add crab meat. Sprinkle with lemon juice and chives toss, then set aside.

Place eggs in a blender container. Cover and blend until a light yellow color. Add flour, 1 tablespoon at a time, and blend until smooth after each addition. Add chicken broth, salt and pepper. Cover and blend until smooth. Pour over crab.

Bake for 35 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cut into wedges and serve immediately with Blender Hollandaise Sauce.
