Combine chicken, peas, eggs, celery, green pepper, and pimiento toss gently just to mix. Combine mayonnaise, onion, lemon juice, salt, and pepper blend into chicken mixture. Refrigerate. To serve, mound chicken salad in center of serving platter and surround with chow mein noodles. Garnish with additional strips of green pepper and pimiento.
