Broccoli Salad

1 1/2 pounds broccoli fresh (stems pared), cooked and cut into bite-size pieces
5 eggs hard-cooked, coarsely chopped
1 cup olives
1 red onion coarsely diced
1 cup celery coarsely diced
Salt to taste
1 cup mayonnaise real
1 teaspoon lemon juice fresh
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Freshly ground pepper to taste


Combine broccoli, eggs, olives, onion, and celery salt lightly and toss. Chill. To serve, spoon into serving dish. Blend mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, salt, and pepper spoon over broccoli mixture. Garnish with pimiento strips.
