Place milk in blender or food processor. With blender or processor in action, slowly add frozen banana pieces to milk until shake is as thick and creamy as desired.
Chocolate Banana Shakes: Add 2 to 4 tablespoons or more Chocolate Syrup (recipe in this cookbook).
Fruit Shakes: One or 2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate is a nice addition to Banana Shakes. Or pineapple juice may be used instead of milk, along with fresh strawberries, yogurt, or nuts.
