Banana Nog

Serves: 4
Total Calories: 222


2 bananas, fully ripe
2 cups milk
1 cup evaporated milk
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 dash nutmeg


Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor and blend or process until mixture is thick and smooth. Pour into glasses. Top with additional nutmeg, if desired.

Orange Nog: Omit bananas decrease milk to 1 1/2 cups omit evaporated milk add 2 cups orange juice and 1 teaspoon orange extract (optional). Proceed as above.
