Trim crusts from bread slices roll flat with rolling pin. Spread bread with Easy Hollandaise Sauce (below). Fold ends over a drained canned asparagus spear secure with wooden pick. Brush sandwiches with soft butter then sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Place on baking sheet bake at 400° for 12 to 15 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Easy Hollandaise: Combine 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup sour cream and 2 tablespoons lemon juice.
