Apple Sparkler

Serves: 5

2 cups water boiling
5 unflavored tea bags
1/2 cup apple jelly
2 cups apple juice
Mint leaves (optional)


In a teapot or small heatproof bowl, pour boiling water over tea bags cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Remove tea bags and discard.

Add jelly and stir until jelly dissolves. Stir in apple juice. Cover and chill at least 1 hour. Chill serving glasses.

To serve, pour tea into ice-filled glasses. Garnish with mint leaves if desired.
