For the crust, cut in and mix flour, sugar, and butter until well blended. Pat crust mixture into the bottom of a 10” spring form pan. Bake at 400°F for 10 to 15 minutes in a 12”, deep Dutch oven until light brown.
For the filling, in a large bowl, beat 1 package of cream cheese with 1 egg until smooth and creamy. Add one more package of cream cheese and one more egg. Beat until smooth and creamy. Add one more package of cream cheese and one more egg. Beat until smooth and creamy. Add the fourth package of cream cheese and two eggs. Beat until smooth and creamy.
Add the remaining ingredients and beat until smooth. Pour into baked crust. Bake at 325°F for 1 hour or until firm. Cool and serve. Try topping with whipped cream.
