Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Stir hash browns and half the onions together. Spread mixture into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Lay cheese slices evenly over hash browns. Place chicken cubes evenly over top.
In a bowl, stir together soup and milk. Pour soup mixture over chicken. Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes. Spoon corn over chicken and then stir in the pan. Bake, uncovered, 15 minutes more. Sprinkle remaining onions over top. Bake an additional 5 minutes. Let cool 5–7 minutes before serving. Makes 6 servings.
