Jazz Berry Burger

Ingredients

RASPBERRY VINEGAR DRESSING
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons raspberry vinegar
white pepper to taste
BURGERS
2 pounds ground sirloin
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 sesame seed hamburger buns toasted
Romaine lettuce
ripe tomato slices

Directions:

Thoroughly combine dressing ingredients and chill.

Mix the ground sirloin, cilantro, salt, and pepper and form into 4 patties.

In a large, heavy skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Cook hamburgers on each side for about 4–5 minutes for medium-well. Generously spread the buns with the dressing. Place a hamburger patty on each bun and top with lettuce and tomato.
