This is the best Zesty Taco Chicken recipe on the web!!_ boneless skinless chicken breast halves _ tablespoons oil _ (1 1/4-ounce) packet dry taco seasoning mix _ cup salsa Sour cream 1. Flatten chicken breasts to 1/4-inch thick between plastic wrap or waxed paper (see ALL ABOUT CHICKEN, 04-How to Flatten Chicken Breasts). 2. Heat 2 tablespoon oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Coat chicken with an entire 1.25 ounce packet dry taco seasoning mix. Add chicken and brown on each side. 3.
