_ boneless skinless chicken breast halves
___ cup Italian salad dressing (not creamy type)
_ small green bell peppers, cut into strips
1. Flatten chicken breasts to 1/4-inch thick between plastic wrap or waxed paper (see ALL ABOUT CHICKEN, 04-How to Flatten Chicken Breasts).
2. Heat 1/4 cup Italian dressing (not creamy type) in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add chicken cook about 10 minutes; turning chicken once, or until chicken is no longer pink in center.
3. During last 5 minutes of cooking, add 2 small bell peppers, cut into strips, stirring once or twice.
