1 pound ground turkey
2 cups cooked wild rice
3/4 cup whole cranberry sauce
1/4 cup cooking wine
1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
chopped onion (1/2 - 1 cup)


Combine all ingredients. Shape into patties and grill.

Note: Cooking time for these burgers is longer than for regular hamburgers—about 7 minutes a side.
