Crustless Quiche

Ingredients

1 1/4 cups milk
1/2 cup biscuit mix
3 tablespoons butter
3 eggs
dash salt and pepper
dash garlic powder (optional)
dash cayenne pepper
1 cup diced ham, bacon, or shrimp
2 green onions, chopped
4 ounces sliced mushrooms
1 cup grated sharp cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°. Combine the first 7 ingredients in food processor and mix well. Turn into greased 9- or 10-inch deep-dish pie plate. Mix together meat, onions, mushrooms, and cheese. Sprinkle over egg mixture, poking the meat mixture down into the egg mixture with a knife. Bake until the top is golden, about 45 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
