Wash and dry chicken, then marinate in remaining ingredients, covered, in refrigerator about 20 minutes or more.
Place chicken in baking pan and broil 4–6 inches from broiler about 8–12 minutes; turn and spoon additional marinade on top. Broil another 8–10 minutes till slightly brown on top and juices run clear.
Editor’s Extra: If chicken becomes dry, heat a little honey Dijon salad dressing and spoon on top.
