Boil chicken breasts in seasoned water, cut into cubes. Combine chicken cubes, soup, water (to desired consistency), and stew vegetables. Put one pie crust in greased 2-quart casserole dish and prick with a fork. Prebake at 400° for 15 minutes. Place chicken mixture in crust and place second crust on top; prick. Bake in 350° oven 40–45 minutes. May cover top with foil during last few minutes to keep from browning too much.
Editor’s Extra: A can of drained English peas may be added to chicken mixture, if desired.
