Baked Oriental Chicken

6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup vinegar
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
2 (8-ounce) cans sliced water chestnuts, drained


Preheat oven to 350°. Wash chicken, and place in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Combine soy sauce and vinegar; pour over chicken. Sprinkle with water chestnuts. Bake 40 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
