FEATURED RECIPE: Hot Fudge Pudding Cake

Ingredients

1 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
3 1/2 cups unsweetened cocoa
5 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
2 teaspoons salt
4 cups milk
2 2/3 cups butter melted
1/4 cup vanilla extract
4 cups brown sugar
10 cups hot water

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°. Mix 3/4 cup sugar, flour, 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa, baking powder, and salt. in an 8x8 baking dish. Bland in milk, butter, and vanilla. In a small bowl mix remaining sugar, unsweetened cocoa and brown sugar and sprinkle over mixture in dish. Pour hot water over teh top and DO NOT stir. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes. Serve hot with ice cream.
