When you are shredding the turkey for the Bolognese, cube about 1.5-2 cups extra and save for Day 3, Turkey Corn Chili.

Peel 3 carrots. Chop 1 for the Bolognese. Shred 2 and save for Day 2, Mango Cabbage Slaw.

If you have any of the Steamed Asparagus, chop it up and add it to the Mac and Cheese, along with the broccoli. Added nutrition, added taste, no waste!

Double the muffin recipe and serve them for breakfast, or along with the Potato Soup on Day 5 - if they last that long!

1.5 or double your recipe for the Roasted Red Pepper Pesto and use it on Day 4, Pizza instead of the sauce in the recipe.
