Pesto Linguine

Serves 6

Ingredients:

1 (.67-ounce) package fresh basil
1 cup olive oil
3 cloves garlic, pressed
1/4 cup grated Romano cheese
1 (1-pound) package linguini, cooked

Combine first four ingredients in a food processor blend on high and set aside. Pour linguine into a large serving bowl add basil mixture. Mix well and serve immediately.

TIP: Serve an Italian feast! This simple pesto makes a hearty appetizer when spread on crusty bread...top cooked linguine with ready-made Alfredo sauce and whip up a crispy green salad.
