Mozzarella and Tomato Salad

Serves 8

Ingredients:

8 tomatoes, chopped
8 tablespoons olive oil
pepper to taste
1 (16-ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese
10 sprigs fresh basil, torn

In a large serving bowl, combine all ingredients toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
