Dovetailing Tips: We have a tasty week of healthy meals ahead this week! Today you can get ahead by cooking a couple extra chicken breasts. You will need 2 cups of cubed chicken breast ofr Thursday's meal and it will save you lots of time if you just cook it all at once!
Also cut 2 cups of broccoli and set it aside in the fridge to get ahead on Friday.
Dovetailing Tips: Today as you are shredding cheddar cheese take the extra few seconds to do 3 cups and then you will have the 1 1/2 cup for tonight and 1 1/2 cup for tomorrow! You will also be chopping onions for this meal and I always recommend dealing with onions just once for the week so you will finely chop 1 small onion for today, 1/3 cup for tomorrow, and wedge 1/2 for Friday. Now you are ready to go for the whole week!
Dovetailing Tips: You will save major time tonight by using the chicken you cooked Monday! Think ahead just a bit and cup plenty of extra strawberries for tomorrow's fruit platter as long as you have them out today! The strawberries will hold up just fine for that long and then you don't have to do it twice!
Dovetailing Tips: Friday is always the pay day for all your planning! You get to use what you have been gathering all week. Broccoli, onion wedges, and strawberries are ready to be used and will make your meal a quick and fantstic treat!
