Save time by using the dovetailing and "prepare-ahead-of-time" features that we designed into this menu!

While preparing the Chicken Divan for Monday, go ahead and cook the extra chicken breast needed for Wednesday's Asian Chicken Roll-ups. Cook it, cube it, and refrigerate in a plastic bag. It will be ready to go when you are Wednesday!

Also on Monday cut extra broccoli and bag it so that Tuesday you can just toss it in and steam it.

If you really want to get a jump ahead you could assemble the patties for Thursday's Potatoburgers while you are already working with potatoes Monday.

Thursday you will be chopping onions for your delicious Potatoburgers, but who lokes to chop those more than you have to? So, chop extra for Friday's New York Spaghetti Pie and spare yourself some time and tears!

Baked Chicken Divan
Fat Free Mashed Potatoes
Butter Nut Crisps

Dovetailing Tips: Cook, cube, and refrigerate extra chicken so it is ready for Wednesday's Roll-ups. Also, cut extra broccoli so it is ready for the steamer Tuesday.


Tuesday

Ginger Salmon
Steamed Broccoli

Dovetailing Tips: Use the broccoli you already cut up last night for a yummy and easy side.


Wednesday

Asian Chicken Roll-Ups
Bull’s Eye Crunch Pie Muffins

Dovetailing Tip: Don't forget to use the chicken you pre-cooked Monday.


Thursday

Potatoburgers With Gravy
Succotash Deluxe

Dovetailing Tips: As long as you are chopping those onions and crying your eyes out, chop extras so you don't have to do it all again Friday!


Friday

New York Spaghetti Pie
Garlic Bread
7 Minute Mocha Mousse

Dovetailing Tips: Use the extra onions you chopped Thursday and enjoy a tear-free, delicious meal!
