Jammed-Up Coffee Cake: Spread one cup strawberry, cherry or peach preserves over bottom of well greased 9" round pan. Sprinkle with ˝ cup broken nuts. Dip separated biscuits in melted butter. Arrange and bake at 425 for 20 min. Cover with serving plate, invert to serve. Comes out easy! Let stand a few minutes before serving.
Little Pigs in Blankets: Expensive canned sausages not needed for this one. Cut traditional franks in half crosswise. Roll caned biscuit just large enough to fit around frank. Place seam side down on baking sheet or shallow pan. Brush with melted butter. Bake at 475 till browned. Serve with ketchup, mustard, favorite relish or BBQ sauce.
Cheese Cheers: Place biscuits apart on cookie sheet or close together in round pan. Brush with melted butter. Mix about 1 tbsp well drained canned pimiento, mashed with a fork, into a 3 oz. package pimiento cream cheese that is softened to room temperature. Spread on to biscuit rounds and bake at 425 for about 15 min. Delicious!
