Start day two's dish of Grilled Rib Eye Steak by sprinkling the steak with olive oil, salt and pepper then wrapping lightly and placing in the refrigerator for 12-24 hours. Cube an additional 1 cup of watermelon to use day 3 in Tomato and Watermelon Salad. Cut 3 additional zucchinis into ribbons to use day 2 in Zucchini Salad.
Grill enough steak to use the leftovers day 3 in Pizza with NY Stip, Blue Cheese and Balsamic Glaze. Use the strip of zucchinis that you cut on day 1 for todays salad.
