Vegetarian Pizza

Ingredients

1 (8-ounce) package ready-to-serve Italian pizza shell (6 inch in diameter)
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 cup broccoli slaw
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup chopped green or red bell pepper
1 cup shredded Italian-style four-cheese or mozzarella cheese (4 ounces)

Directions:

1. Heat oven to 400°. Grease cookie sheet.
2. Place pizza crusts on ungreased cookie sheet. Spread pizza sauce over crusts. Top with broccoli slaw, mushrooms and green pepper. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until pizza is hot and cheese is melted.
