Ingredients

2 pounds chicken wings
3 cups vegetable oil for deep frying
1/4 cup butter
4 tablespoons Tabasco sauces
1/4 cup blue cheese dressing
3/4 cup chopped celery
bread from the hollowed out bowl cut into chunks
additional squares of sourdough bread
1 to 1 3/4 pound Bread Bowl

Directions:

1. Wash the chicken wings and pat dry with paper towels. Separate them at the joints, discard the small tips, and set aside.

2. Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Carefully fry the wings about 10 minutes or until crisp. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Once cool, remove the meat from the bones, leaving the skin intact. Discard the bones.

3. Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat, and stir in the Tabasco sauce. Reduce the heat to low, add the chicken, and toss to coat. Add the blue cheese dressing, celery, and chunks of sourdough. Mix together gently.

4. Spoon the warm mixture into the bread bowl. Serve over squares of sourdough bread on individual plates.
