Wilcox Apple Pie Shake


Serves: 2
Total Calories: 256

Ingredients

2 large apples cored, peeled or not
1 cup dairy or dairy free yogurt
1 cup dairy or dairy free milk
2 tablespoons raw honey or maply syrup
1 teaspoon cinnamon
pinch nutmeg
pinch cloves

Directions:

Blend until smooth. Pour into tall glasses and garnish with a cinnamon stick and, if desired, a dollop of vegan or dairy whipped cream. Serve and enjoy!

VARIATIONS
Substitute frozen yogurt or other frozen dessert for the yogurt.
Substitute granulated cane juice crystals for the honey.
Sprinkle the top lightly with graham cracker crumbs just before serving.
For extra nutrition, if desired, you might add 1 tablespoon protein powder or 1 teaspoon bee pollen.
