Scalloped Chicken

Ingredients

1 (5-ounce) box scalloped potato sauce mix including seasoning packet
1 (8-ounce) can (or larger) white meat chicken
3 3/4 cups water

Directions:

Put potatoes in greased 2 1/2 to 3 1/2-quart slow cooker first, followed by seasoning packet and chicken. Pour water over all. Cover and cook on high heat 1 1 /2—2 hours or on low heat 4~5 hours. Makes 4~6 servings.

Serve with steamed asparagus sprinkled with parmesan cheese.
