Three Cheese Bacon Bites

Ingredients

18 Rhodes White Dinner Rolls or 12 Rhodes Texas Rolls, thawed but still cold
12 strips bacon
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated asiago cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup diced green onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup Italian salad dressing

Directions:

Cut rolls into 4 equal pieces and drop in a large bowl. Cook bacon and cut into small pieces. Add bacon and remaining ingredients to cut up rolls. Toss together until well combined. Place in a sprayed 10-inch round casserole dish or baking pan. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap and let rise until double. Remove wrap and bake at 350°F 25-30 minutes. Cover with foil last 10 minutes of baking, if necessary, to prevent over browning.
