Chicken Breasts In Cream Sauce

Ingredients

2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
2 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 tablespoons flour
1 cup chicken stock
6 tablespoons softened butter
6 tablespoons pimiento, chopped

Directions:

Season chicken breasts with paprika, salt, and pepper. Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes. Melt butter in saucepan add flour stir well. Add chicken stock and continue stirring until smooth set aside. Mix together butter and pimento set aside. Reheat the sauce but do not boil. Add pimento mixture. Pour over the chicken breasts and serve.
