Parmesan Fries

Ingredients

3 small baking potatoes (well-scrubbed)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon reduced-calorie margarine, melted

Directions:

Cut potatoes lengthwise into wedges. Cut into 30 wedges for 3 potatoes or 32 wedges for 4 potatoes. Mix together Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and onion powder in a large plastic bag. Brush melted margarine onto potatoes. Put 10 -11 slices of potato into the bag at a time and shake until potatoes are coated with mixture. Place potatoes on a cookie sheet sprayed with vegetable oil cooking spray. Bake at 400° for 20–25 minutes.
