No Crust Pecan Pie

Ingredients

3 jumbo egg whites
1 cup sugar
1 cup chopped pecan
12 unsalted soda crackers
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 whipped cream

Directions:

Beat egg whites; beat in sugar until stiff. Add nuts. Crumble soda crackers and fold into mixture; add vanilla. Put into buttered 9-inch pie dish. Bake in 350° oven for 35 minutes or until done. When cold, top with whipped cream.
