Captain's Salad With Crispy Croutons

Ingredients

1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
1/3 cup chicken broth
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon honey
3 cups Kellogg's® seasoned stuffing mix
3 tablespoons margarine or butter
1 quart torn iceberg lettuce
1 quart torn spinach leaves
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1 1/2 cups halved, cherry tomatoes

Directions:

1. In small saucepan, combine cornstarch and broth. Cook mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, until boiling. Remove from heat. Stir in spices, vinegar, oil and honey, blending well. Set aside.

2. Cook KELLOGG'S Stuffing Mix in margarine, over medium, until crisp and lightly browned, stirring constantly. Cool completely.

3. In large mixing bowl. combine lettuce, spinach and onions. Just before serving, toss together greens, dressing and tomatoes. Divide evenly into serving bowls or plates and sprinkle with stuffing mix. Serve immediately.
