Beef Spaghetti

Ingredients

12 ounces raw spaghetti
1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup green bell pepper, diced
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 (10 3/4-ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
2 1/2 cups beef broth
2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (4-ounce) jar sliced pimento, drained

Directions:

Cook spaghetti according to directions. Place in colander to drain.

Cook ground beef in large saucepan until almost done; add the chopped onion, diced bell pepper and garlic powder. Cook a little longer until ground beef, onion and bell pepper are cooked; combine mushroom soup, broth and pimento, stir until well blended.

Add cooked spaghetti to meat mixture; stir well, cook in saucepan over low flame for 15 minutes.

Place into greased 9 x 13 pan. Cover with shredded cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes.
